We bought our house about 5 years ago but our cedar fence was definitely original and falling apart...we had been patching it together for awhile and I finally got sick of how ugly it looked and the broken gate constantly hurting my hands. Plus the fence was splintering and hurting my dogs so I decided to call NW Fence. I had heard good things about them locally and I was shocked at the price, I was honestly expecting it to be double so I scheduled with them immediately. We signed our contract at the end of April and my fence was just completed this past Friday (end of June). My new fence is beautiful and hopefully won't ever need to be replaced. The salespeople were extremely nice, professional, and communicative. They handled pulling permits etc, I just handled my HOA. The installers did say they didn't have my post caps and said to call NW Fence about getting them--they sent my salesperson out within the hour to put them on, thank you! I'm super happy with our new fence, looks great and what a deal!

Had a 125’ section of cedar fence that needed to be replaced. Luke came out, gave us an estimate and included all the extra details my husband wanted - tar on post portions that would be in the ground, flat caps on the post tops and installed so the slats would not be laying on the soil. Price was cheaper than if we did on our own. The crew arrived about 11am, went over the details with us,had the old fence removed, new one installed and were picked up and gone by 1:30. I was very concerned with plantings that ran along the entire fence and they assured me they would be careful. Out of all my plants only 1 had 2 damaged leaves. I am so very grateful for the concern they showed with my gardens. Also, we had 17 posts that needed to be dug in and I was worried we would have mounds of dirt to remove. We had very little soil that needed to be leveled out. Would highly recommend them.

Initially, I was a bit anxious about my fence installation, but Tina did a phenomenal job coordinating the entire process. She worked diligently to obtain the permit, provided all the necessary documentation to the city, and kept me informed throughout the approval process. She also coordinated with the installation crew and provided an accurate installation date. The crew arrived on time, handled the installation professionally, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I'm very happy with my beautiful fence. Tina, Jake, and the crew did a great job! From the initial quote visit, to scheduling, and to installation, it was all smooth! It was raining the day the crew came, but they did a great job and worked very hard.
